At Victoria's Beauty & Nails, every manicure is a considered treatment, not a routine. Three distinct approaches, each built around a different need. Whether you want to strengthen and shine your natural nails, deeply nourish and soothe your hands, or achieve the cleanest possible nail bed with advanced precision techniques, there is a treatment here for you. Victoria selects only professional grade, cruelty free products and paces every appointment to your nails, your skin, and your goals.
The Japanese Manicure brilliantly enhances the natural nail, stimulates blood circulation and promotes healthy nail growth. It protects nails from splitting and peeling. Over time, even the most brittle nails become elastic and pliable.
The procedure follows the same steps as a classic manicure, with one distinctive final phase: a traditional Japanese polishing technique using leather to buff a superfood complex paste deep into the nail surface. This paste contains vitamins and minerals that bind water, facilitate nutrient penetration, and restore the natural water-fat balance of the nail.
The result is nails that shine naturally, like a pearl, without lacquer, gel, or artificial product of any kind. Ideal for clients who prefer a clean, natural look or who are resting their nails between treatments.
Inside the Superfood Paste
These ingredients nourish the nail from within, restoring strength and luminosity to even the most damaged nails.
Especially popular in the colder months, when dry skin and poor circulation make themselves known, the paraffin treatment is deeply restorative. It soothes chronic joint pain, relaxes stiff muscles, improves blood flow, and leaves skin genuinely transformed.
Deep cleanse with antibacterial soap and full skin disinfection.
Professional exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and prepare the surface.
A cream rich in active substances applied to nourish before the wax.
Hands dipped into the warm paraffin bath to the wrist, 2 to 3 times.
Warm gloves on the hands for 15 minutes for full absorption.
The paraffin treatment is beneficial for everyone. Our skin is constantly exposed to environmental damage, chemicals, dirt, and dust, all of which dry the skin and nails over time. A single session reverses that cumulative effect, leaving hands soft, smooth, and visibly rejuvenated. It is particularly effective for clients with arthritis, bursitis, or other conditions that cause joint stiffness and pain.
For extremely dry or rough skin, the treatment can be taken as a cure-like programme: two sessions in the first two weeks, one session per week for the following two weeks, then one session every two weeks to maintain optimal condition. A subscription for 10 treatments is available on request.
Please note: the paraffin treatment can only be applied on unblemished skin. In case of wounds, injuries, or lesions on or around the nails or hands, the treatment cannot be performed until the skin has fully healed.
A Russian manicure incorporates an electronic file (like those used for acrylics) to remove excess skin surrounding the nail bed instead of traditional water soaking techniques, cuticle nippers, and cuticle pushers.
While you might typically reserve 45 minutes at Victoria's Beauty & Nails for a traditional manicure, the Russian manicure requires a minimum of an hour and a half to ensure that each step is performed safely and meticulously.
